Shikko - The walk of the Samurai. often used in the dojo, this way of moving oneself
around can really work out the hips, knees and thighs. The student starts out in hte Seiza
Then one foot is placed forward and the rest of the body is pulled forward.
Next the other foot is moved forward and the rest of the body is pulled forward again.
Finally the student returns to the seiza position.
